Looking for a way to celebrate Arbor Day that involves more than just digging in the dirt? John’s Tree Service & Landscaping Inc. is launching a brand-new community tradition right here in our area, and it sounds like a blast for local families!

While Arbor Day is officially April 24th, the party kicks off on Saturday, April 25th, and we’ve got the inside scoop on what to expect at this inaugural event.

🚛 Hands-On Fun: Touch-A-Truck!

If you have a little one who stops in their tracks every time a big truck drives by, this is for you. For their first-ever event, the team at John’s Tree Service is bringing out their entire fleet. Families can get an up-close, hands-on look at the massive equipment and tree service trucks they use to keep our local canopy healthy every day.

🌿 Free Trees & Expert Advice

It wouldn't be Arbor Day without a little greenery!

  • • Free Tree Seedlings: Grab a seedling to take home and plant with your kids (while supplies last).
  • • Pro Tips: Not sure where to plant or how to keep that seedling alive? The professionals will be on-site to give you the best planting and care tips so your new tree can thrive.

🌭 Games, Food, and Giveaways

The team is going all out to make this a full-blown family festival. Beyond the trucks and trees, expect:

  • Kid-Friendly Games: Nature-themed activities and fun.
  • Food: Grab a bite while you explore the park.
  • Giveaways: Keep an eye out for special surprises throughout the day!
