New Local Gem Alert: Happy Days Play Café is Now Open in Vestal

The new indoor play space for ages 0-7 is located at 140 Vestal Parkway

By Kate Fletcher, Macaroni KID Binghamton Publisher April 11, 2026

If you’ve been driving down the Vestal Parkway recently, you might have noticed a burst of sunshine and smiles at the former Edible Arrangements location. Happy Days Parties, Play & Café has officially opened its doors, and it is exactly what our local parenting community has been waiting for!

Founded by Kelsey, a local Vestal mom of two who understands the need for a safe, clean, and engaging indoor space, Happy Days is more than just a playground—it’s a sanctuary for both kids and caregivers.

The Play Experience

The play space is thoughtfully designed for ages 0-7, ensuring the "littles" have a dedicated environment to explore.

  • Sibling Policy: Have an older child? 8-year-olds (and up) are welcome to come along as "helpers" to play gently with their younger siblings. If the energy gets a bit too high for the toddlers, big kids might be asked to hang out in the café area.
  • Coming Soon: The team is currently sourcing games and puzzles specifically for those bigger kids to enjoy in the café while their siblings play.
  • The Sock Rule: To keep things clean and safe, socks are mandatory in the play area for both children and adults. If you forget yours in the diaper bag shuffle—they have pairs available for purchase!

Know Before You Go: Logistics & Pricing

Happy Days is currently in its opening phase, with hours set from 8am – 3:30pm. Keep a close eye on their social media and website, as a permanent schedule will be announced once the staff is fully trained!

  • Play Sessions: Each session is 1.5 hours.
  • Admission: $15 per child. Infants under 6 months are FREE!
  • Adults: Up to two adults can join for free per paid child; additional adults are $5 each.
  • Reservations: Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but with the opening buzz, we highly recommend booking ahead online to guarantee your spot.

Snack Time!

The on-site café offers a variety of drinks and treats for a mid-play pick-me-up. While they have plenty of goodies, they understand the "toddler palate"—parents are welcome to bring in puffs and small snacks, provided they are nut-free.

Memberships & Party Packages

If your kids love it, you can save some green with their pass bundles or go all-in with a membership:

  • Play Pass Packs: Grab a 5-pack for $60 or a 10-pack for $100.
  • Monthly Membership ($69): Includes unlimited open play (with reservation), one child (add siblings for $35), 10% off café treats and parties, and a $5 Snack Shack credit.
  • Birthdays: Looking for a stress-free party? Packages start at $350 to make your child's next big day a "Happy Day."

Go Play!

If you’re a parent or caregiver of a little one, you know the feeling of wishing for a space like this—and it’s finally here. A safe, clean place for our kids to burn off energy is a parenting 'must-have,' and we are so excited to welcome this new gem to the neighborhood.
