The most wonderful time of the year is almost here, and that means the spectacular Winterfest celebration is returning to Tioga Downs, located at 2384 W River Rd in Nichols, NY! Get ready for four weeks of free, festive fun for the whole family, kicking off on Friday, November 28th and running through December 20th.
Best of all? Admission is absolutely FREE!
The Main Attraction: Horse Drawn Wagon Rides
The highlight of Winterfest is the enchanting ride around the racetrack, allowing you to take in the brilliant holiday lights!

Weekend Events and Entertainment Schedule
Winterfest features a lineup of special, one-time events that make each visit unique:
- Saturday, November 29 (1-9pm): Craft Fair
- Shop local vendors for unique holiday gifts.
- Sunday, November 30 (12-7pm): Craft Fair
- Last chance to browse the festive craft selection.
- Friday, December 5 (6pm & 8pm): Christmas with Elvis
- Featuring Rick Alviti, The Ultimate Elvis Tribute.
- Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at the Tioga Downs Giftshop or via ticketmaster.com.
- Sunday, December 7 (12pm): Love N' Stuff Bear Factory
- Kids 12 and under can make their own stuffed animal! (Free. While supplies last. Adult must be present.)
- Saturday, December 13 (12-4pm): Book Signing
- Meet Rolland Eddy, author of The Elf Chronicles, Tales from the North Pole, and get a FREE copy of the book!
- Saturday, December 20 (5:30-7:30pm): Sanphy Christmas Orchestra
- Enjoy everyone’s favorite holiday hits live on the stage.
Show off your creativity and win some cash!
- Submissions: Drop off your decorated wreath between December 1st and 5pm on December 20th.
- Results: Winners announced on December 20th at 7pm.

- First Place: $300
- Second Place: $200
- Third Place: $100
